Once we confirm your date is available, we’ll schedule a discovery call to discuss your vision and walk you through our pricing guide. STEP 2 - DISCOVERY CALL
We’ll schedule a phone or video call to discuss your vision and ensure all your questions are answered. During this discovery call, we’ll provide clarity on our process and share helpful insights to give you confidence in your investment. Our goal is to provide reassurance that we’re the perfect team to capture your special day.
STEP 3 - BOOKING
Once you've decided to move forward with us, we'll work together to finalize your wedding date and customize a payment plan that suits you. We’ll prepare a contract that outlines all the details, including any à la carte options you've selected. Our goal is to make the booking process seamless and lock in your date as soon as possible!
STEP 4 - PLANNING
Once your wedding date is secured, we’ll begin crafting your personalized mood board. You’ll receive a custom template to explore inspiration on platforms like Instagram and Pinterest, helping you visualize your big day. This process allows us to understand your style, preferences, and dreams, ensuring every detail reflects your unique vision.
STEP 5 - TIMELINE
For weddings, we highly recommend hiring a planner to help streamline your big day. We’ll collaborate with them to create a detailed timeline tailored to your events. Typically, we’ll connect a few months before your wedding, as that’s when finalized timelines become available, ensuring everything is perfectly coordinated.
STEP 6 - SHOT LIST
We’ll revisit the mood board you created and align your vision with your finalized timeline. This helps us plan efficiently for your one-on-one session, coordinate family photos, and seamlessly manage all aspects of the production to capture every meaningful moment.
STEP 7 - THE BIG DAY
Your big day is finally here! It’s time to bring all our careful planning to life. We’ll be with you every step of the way, ensuring every special moment is captured beautifully. From a heartfelt first look to sneaking away during cocktail hour for intimate shots, our goal is to exceed your expectations during your one-on-one sessions and throughout the entire celebration.
STEP 8 - DELIVERABLES
Once you’ve come down from cloud 9, you’ll be eager to relive the magic of your day. We’ll provide a sneak peek of your one-on-one session within 2-4 weeks, and the full gallery will be delivered between 8-13 weeks. For additional deliverables like prints and video edits, be sure to check the full details to know exactly what to expect.

ORGANIZATION
In my years shooting weddings, I’ve had very organized weddings that were very successful. I’ve also had hectic nightmares. The common factor in both scenarios was the level of organization. We promote communication using software such as Milanote. This allows us to create customize boards for each client to customize and make each project unique and adjustable.

ATTENTION TO DETAIL
A great photographer is well rounded, not one
dimensional. We prep location and set up early to
account for the unexpected. With early prep, we’re able to adjust for indoor or outdoor, sunny or under lit environments, and we carefully capture those
small details. With the amount you paid for your ring, flowers, table decor, location, dress, etc., you deserve someone who’ll capture it beautifully. That’s where we excel... In capturing every intricate detail.

CUSTOMER SERVICE
The best and most common complement that I receive is, “Oh My God... I loved working with you. You made me feel so comfortable.” I find joy in creating an enjoyable environment and providing customer service. That service starts in the planning process, which means making myself available, being proactive rather than reactive, setting and meeting deadlines, and understanding that everyone has a busy life. Patience goes a very long way.

WEDDING - Frequently Ask Questions
When do I get my photos back?
Non wedding sessions are delivered within 2-4 weeks. The same duration applies to sneak peak photos from wedding, one on one session. Full wedding galleries take 8-13 weeks.
How much is the deposit to lock in a date?
Non wedding session require a 50% or Full Deposit to lock a date in our shooting calender. We adjust for the more expensive weddings packages. Those require a minimum 30% for deposit.
When is the final payment due?
Though payment plans are offered, full payments will required before the day of the shoot/wedding.
If I don’t book immediately, can you hold my date while I shop around?
All booking dates are first come, first served. We will hold a date up to 48 hours from the date we send the deposit invoice.
How many photographers do you have?
Laventure X is the key photographer on wedding day but we employ a team of amazing photographers & videographers as secondary shooters. Depending on you package, we employ PA (Personal Assistants). We adjust to your specific needs.
For regular, non wedding shoots, do you provide the location?
Our goal is to help bring your idea to life. We provide as many resources as possible to help you plan and search. Based on your moodboard/ideas, we’ll assist and make recommendations on location. None the less, locking your venue is not part of our responsibilities unless you’re shooting at our Laventure Agency Studio in Sunrise, Florida.
Do you travel and how much do you charge?
Of course! We travel both domestically and internationally. The cost for our services is standard. The cost for travel and lodging is adjusted with your estimate. Fill out in application to begin your process.
Do you shoot both photo and video?
Yes!!! Though we specialize in wedding photography, we can also accommodate for video requests.
