HOW DOES PERSONAL COVERAGE WORK?
This service is designed for individuals or small groups of up to four people moving on the same schedule. You will have a dedicated photographer, videographer, or small media team following your experience throughout the event or full day.
Coverage is booked in consecutive time blocks with a defined start and end time.
Time cannot be split throughout the day, as doing so creates scheduling conflicts with other productions.
For clients attending full-day experiences or multi-location events, we strongly recommend booking full-day coverage.

Same Day Full Gallery — $500 (Available for events ending before 5 PM)
Same-day delivery must be requested 48 hours in advance to allow our remote video editor to prepare. During coverage, footage and photos will be transferred throughout the day to accelerate post-production.
